Machining of Parts with Dimensional Tolerance
Enderus performs CNC machining according to the dimensional/tolerance requirements defined in technical drawings and specifications. To ensure targeted accuracy in critical dimensions, the process is planned with the selection of the correct machine, clamping, and tools; the machining strategy is determined according to the part geometry and tolerances. Deviations are monitored throughout production with in-process measurements, and the dimensional conformity of the part is verified in the final inspection. Thanks to this approach, parts with tight tolerances and repeatable quality are reliably produced.

Process Planning and Manufacturability Support
At the beginning of each job, Enderus analyzes the technical drawing and specifications to clarify the part's manufacturing method. As part of the manufacturability assessment, the realism of tolerances in terms of machining, the location of critical surfaces, the clamping/machining sequence, and tool accessibility are reviewed. Then, the most suitable machine, clamping fixture, and tool strategy are selected, and the operation steps are planned.
